Recently while using Power Platform or flow connectors I started getting below error, it doesn’t allow to make fix connection to any connector i.e forms pro or any connector that involves business data.

 

Need admin approval
Azure AD Connector – PowerApps and Flow
Azure AD Connector – PowerApps and Flow needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.

Message: AADSTS900941: An administrator of SuperTeam has set a policy that prevents you from granting Azure AD Connector – PowerApps and Flow the permissions it is requesting. Contact an administrator of SuperTeam who can grant permissions to this application on your behalf.

If you plan on getting support for an issue, turn this on and try to reproduce the error. This will collect additional information that will help troubleshoot the issue.

So normally this requires Global admin Consent and permissions: Consent is the process of a user granting authorization to an application to access protected resources on their behalf. An admin or user can be asked for consent to allow access to their organization/individual data.

So Global admin has to login once to give consent on behalf of the organization

I used the fast way and asked Global admin to give consent but this not recommended and there is another more secure workaround for more please refer below Links
